Can I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests once an order has been placed. In order to provide the best possible customer experience, we begin prepping your order right away for shipment; therefore, once the order is placed we are unable to make adjustments.

How are SHUI YUN XUAN plants cared for before they ship?

Our plants are cared for by experts at our greenhouse. Our plants are on a regular fertilizing schedule and carefully cleaned, inspected, and trimmed before being potted and boxed up on their way to new homes.

We also use pesticides safe for use on indoor plants to control insects, bacteria, and fungus.  The pesticides are used in accordance with the Department of Agriculture.

My plant arrived! What do I do next?

Once your plant arrives you’ll want to fully unbox and remove all packing materials. This may include a thick coco fiber mat and wood shavings. Some plants arrive in a biodegradable paper inner pot which does not need to be removed.

Then you’ll want to read your care card to get familiar with your new houseplant. The soil may be dry after the journey to you so a deep thorough watering may be in order.

Place your plant in the recommended conditions and enjoy!

What’s included with each indoor plant?

Each indoor plant comes fully potted in an Ecopots planter (with a drainage hole) accompanied by a saucer. Some plants may arrive in a biodegradable inner paper pot. You will also receive specific care instructions for your plant. 
During the colder months, we alter our packaging with insulation and add heat packets to keep each plant warm along the way! You can find out more about our insulation here and see our winter packaging here. 

When will my order arrive?

If your order has shipped, you can track it by entering your order number here.

We take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping your new plants so they’re ready to thrive in your home. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from the greenhouse to your doorstep.

Current processing times: 

  • Indoor plants and care products will ship within 2-5 business days
    Please note: Olive Trees may take up to 8 days to ship. 

Transit Time:

Once your order leaves our greenhouse, you will receive tracking information in your inbox. Most items ship separately, and some orders may ship sooner.

During the colder months, plant orders may be placed on hold depending on the weather forecast in the zip code the order will be shipping to. You can learn more about our weather holds here.
